Mykola Tomenko: Revision of the Law "On Physical Culture and Sport" will correspond to the Real State of the Development in Sphere
Mykola Tomenko deems extremely important today´s voting the Law "On Physical Culture and Sport."
"I was the Law, elaborated by the great group of the authors and it rose several years discussion with the involvement of the specialists and experts from different spheres", - he emphasized.
Still, M. Tomenko mentioned that: "We adopted compromise decision, taking into the consideration the fact that the implementation of the Bill needs considerable financing of the state and local budgets the Law comes into force from 1 January 2011. It gives the possibility to prepare for its implementation during the year 2010."
Let us remind that today the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Physical Culture and Sports"
The Law defines the principles, priorities, basic orientations of the State policy in the field of physical culture and sports; determines the authorities of the State administration and local self-government bodies, subjects of physical culture and sports and their legal status, forms of therapeutic physical training and mass sports activity among the different groups of population.
